Quick Take: Castlevania Season 3 fully commits to its premise in brutal, violent, sexually-charged glee. It is intensely mature yet openly philosophical with the imagination to take bold moves to advance the story and ideas of this brutal vampire series.

Quick Take: Voltron: Legendary Defender Season 4 feels more like season 3 part 2 rather than its own season, but the growing web of character dynamics makes this another engrossing experience. In particular, its humor mixed in with growing stakes make this a worthy addition to a great franchise.

Quick Take: The End of the F***ing World has a unique style and flair that makes it funny and sometimes surprisingly moving. It is filled with over the top characters and moments while driving home the point that life is not as simple as one ever thinks especially at a young age.

DreamWorks, just wanted to make a fun show that reminded people about the old days of massive robots and colorful teams working together, and the creators decided to add alternate dimensions to the mix. I'm sure DW was baffled. (Image Courtesy of: amazon.com)
Quick Take: Voltron: Legendary Defender Season 3 is shorter than previous seasons, closer to a half-season, but it packs in a lot of storytelling. By reshaping the team dynamic and opening up new avenues with the villains, the third season is the most involved to date.

Quick Take: Riverdale Season 1 is a messy, melodramatic CW experience that is surprisingly at its heart emotional thanks to a few key character journeys. It is not going to worth the journey for most, but those willing to forgive its faults can enjoy its best qualities.
